Small Homes in the Montpelier Area
Here’s a quick look at the “small houses” that are currently for sale in Central Vermont. I’ve got them sorted by town. My suggestion is to take the $/SF (price per square foot) with a grain of salt because there are lots of other variables in play. One of the biggest variables is the amount of land with the different properties.
I also didn’t include condos or camps. Later on, I might include condos, because they do share the spirit of small homes, but camps are a different animal altogether.
