I have a blast posting about different topics related to the Montpelier real estate market.  Sometimes there are topics that jump right out as something that I need to blog about.  Other times, I stretch.  Yes, even yours truly suffers the occasional short-lived bout of writer's block.

There are dozens of loyal readers of these posts.  I know that "dozens" may not sound like a whole lot, but I think that it does.  Considering the size of the Montpelier, Barre, Northfield, and U-32 real estate markets, I'd say that "dozens" is a solid beginning of a good online community.

So, what's on your mind?  Questions?  Last time I put this out, Jeremy took me up on it and made me do some research to answer his questions.  Speaking of Jeremy---did y'all have the baby yet??
