New Listings in Montpelier, Barre, Northfield, U32

Ok, November maybe isn’t the busiest season as far as new listings for homes for sale in Montpelier, Barre, Northfield, and U32.  But it’s not dead.  Homeowners sell when it makes the most sense for them, and that’s not going to be April and May for everyone.

So, here’s a quick list of the area homes for sale in different price ranges.

Under $100,000

$100,000-$200,000

$200,000-$300,000

$300,000-$500,000

The majority of the new listings in the Montpelier-Barre real estate market are in the $100,000-$200,000 range, but the market is healthy in that there are properties for sale in a wide range of price ranges.  There’s something out there for anyone.
