June Sales--You know You're Curious
Here are the May sales for Montpelier, Barre, U32, and Northfield. I looked at these numbers a little differently this month. It took a little more time than usual to put this together, but I investigated which of these properties had gone through more than one listing cycle. For example, if a house was on the market for 11 days, but had been listed for six months prior to that, it's more accurate to say that the house was on the market for 191 days. Makes sense, right?
