There were some nice looking properties on the Barre Caravan today.  Turnout was decent too, with 10 or so agents from different companies previewing 8 homes for sale in Barre City and Barre Town.

Here are some highlights:

  • A complete high quality renovation on Foster Street in Barre.  Granite countertops, birch flooring, new heating system, new siding.  I mean, it's in great shape.  The only possible drawback is the ugly house across the street...
  • Very nice, upscale house on 27 acres, featuring a 3 car garage, 5 bedrooms, good materials throughout.  It's coming in over 500k, which puts it into a tough price point, but it is a beautiful house.
  • Easy to live in and affordable tastefully renovated 2 bedroom (plus office) near the elementary school and Hannaford's.  Nothing wrong with the neighborhood, and a good solid house.

As always, call or email for information on these or any other properties.  One important thing to remember is that well-priced and good looking houses move fast in the Barre real estate market.  It can really be to a buyer's advantage to get the immediate heads up when these places come on the market.
